Automated account reconciliation

With our API, the data in our dashboard can be integrated with your accounting system, enabling you to pull data straight from Clearhaus and into your financial statements.

How does it work?

When you integrate our API into your system you will be able to retrieve settlement data and related transactions into your accounting system. This is an alternative to manually importing Excel or CSV-files, which can be time consuming and error prone.

Note that our API contains other features as well, for example, automated chargeback management. We are continuously working on improving our API and adding new features to benefit our customers.

Why should I automate account reconciliation?

First, automated account reconciliation will save you time and resources. You will no longer need an employee spending time importing various documents and enter them in the correct places.

Second, by automating and speeding up the process of importing data, you will be able to do it more often than if it was done manually. As a result, you are able to keep your account up to date and you will have a more current and accurate overview of your financial situation.

Third, with our API you will reduce the risk of errors when transferring the data to your accounting system. When a person is manually transferring the data there is a risk of entering the wrong number, forgetting a decimal, or hitting the wrong key - this can be mitigated by using the API.
