Your educational background is not essential, but an office-related education or office experience is preferred. What is important is that you are keen on doing customer-related tasks, have a structured approach to your work, and is eager to learn. We are a young and busy organisation and as a result, our daily tasks vary and can at times be unpredictable - therefore, it’s important that you can handle this in a positive way.
You have a pleasant voice on the phone and you have the deepest respect for the fact that your contact with potential and existing customers can be a decisive factor in their choice of business partner. You need to be patient and be able to handle all types of customers - even when the days are a bit hectic. You must be fluent in Norwegian and speak Danish and English on a professional level and you must be confident with IT.
